An ode to the spice that colours a nation.
Saffron is harvested by hand, thread by thread — three crimson stigmas to a flower, a hundred and fifty thousand flowers to a kilogram. It is patience made edible.
The Saffron Room is built around that same patience. We fire the tandoor, grind our own masalas at dawn, and finish each plate with intention. The result is Indian food that feels at once ancestral and entirely of this moment — warm, restrained, unforgettable.
